Meghna - Licensed Therapist for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Young Adults

About Meghna

My approach

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. There’s so much growing we do in our 20s —whether we want to or not. It can feel overwhelming, especially with cultural backgrounds, trauma, and world events all shaping our experiences. As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you and support you through it all.

Meghna is a licensed therapist who works with BIPOC, South Asian, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and children of immigrant communities through a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach.

Areas of Specialization

As a licensed therapist, I work with:

  • BIPOC, South Asian, children of immigrants, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent young adults

  • From a trauma-informed, community- and justice-oriented lens

  • With awareness of how systems impact us—both in our daily lives and on deeper, unconscious levels

  • By creating a safe, compassionate space to explore the parts of your life that may feel heavy to carry alone

We would be a good fit, if you are looking

  • To work through your trauma with gentleness, using both talk therapy and body-centered approaches.

  • Support in processing life events, ideas, and feelings with the help of thought provoking questions.

  • To work through your issues and build resilience, allowing you to show up for your community.

  • To support with navigating your relationships and your inner world in any capacity.

I look forward to connecting with you on a 20 mins free consultation call and helping you determine whether working with a licensed therapist feels like the right fit for your journey.
