Individual therapy in San Francisco & online across California.
A confidential, one-on-one space to slow down and look at what's actually going on — without performing, translating, or managing how it lands for anyone else.
Is It Time for Individual Therapy?
Maybe nothing's technically "wrong," but something feels off and you can't quite name it. Maybe you're managing anxiety, low mood, or old patterns on your own and it's getting harder to hold together. You don't need a crisis as your reason to start — wanting things to feel different is reason enough.

How We Approach Individual Therapy
We take a relational approach — understanding where a pattern comes from and building practical tools to work with it, side by side.
Psychodynamic & Attachment-Informed Therapy
This is where we start: understanding your story, including your childhood experiences and your relationship with your parents or caregivers. Many of your patterns — what feels safe, what triggers you, what you expect from yourself and others — were shaped there.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Once a pattern is named, CBT gives us concrete tools to work with it — catching an unhelpful thought in the moment and building a more accurate, less punishing one in its place.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, and reconnect with your own values so your choices come from what matters to you, not fear.
Self-Compassion Practice
Part of this work is learning to be an adult to yourself — steady and caring enough to catch an old belief in the moment and choose something different.
Your therapist draws from these based on what you actually need — there's no one-size-fits-all protocol here.
