Absolutely. We support individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, work stressors, cultural identity issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more.

We work with adults, and our associate therapists also specialize in teens (14+), adults, and couples.

Yes. Our Therapists speak and understand English, Hindi, Marathi, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Therapy may be provided with a blend of English and any of the above languages.

Your first session is a chance to explore your concerns in a safe, non-judgmental space. We’ll establish your goals, share how therapy works, and build a collaborative plan together.

Sessions are held via a secure HIPAA compliant therapy platform called TherapyNotes, allowing you to attend from wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that’s home, the office, or elsewhere as long as it is a private space.

Each session—be it for individual, couples, or family therapy—is 50 minutes long.

You can schedule a free 15–20 minute consultation call to see if we're a good fit. Full sessions can typically be booked based on therapist availability following that.
